Instructions

  1. Add shrimp, corn, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes to a mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Toss gently and serve immediately.

Tip: Add chopped parsley or mint for extra freshness.
