  1. Cook the Noodles
Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Build the Flavor
Add garlic and ginger to the beef. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add Vegetables
Stir in carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage. Cook 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
  5. Sauce It Up
Whisk sauce ingredients together and pour into the pan. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  6. Combine & Finish
Add cooked noodles and green onions. Toss over medium heat until glossy and heated through.

🔥 Tips & Variations

  • Spicy: Add chili garlic sauce or sriracha
  • Extra umami: Finish with a splash of sesame oil
  • Healthier: Use lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • Crunch: Top with toasted sesame seeds

🥢 Serving Ideas

  • Serve hot with egg rolls or dumplings
  • Great for next-day leftovers—just add a splash of water when reheating
