Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.

  3. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook:
    • On low for 6–7 hours, or
    • On high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken. Cover and let the cheese melt.
  6. Just before serving, top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
  7. Serve straight from the slow cooker and enjoy!
