Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
Large egg1

Breadcrumbs¼ cup
Onion powder¼ teaspoon
Garlic powder¼ teaspoon
Salt and black pepperTo taste
Oil (vegetable or olive oil)Enough to cover skillet bottom

Preparation Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken mixture
    In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Dijon mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the fritters
