Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

Ad
  1. Warm the water, but don’t boil it (too hot can destroy nutrients).
  2. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and honey. Stir well.
  3. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.
  4. Drink 30–60 minutes before bed.

How It Helps

  • Lemon & apple cider vinegar: May support digestion and stabilize blood sugar.
  • Cinnamon: Can help regulate insulin and curb late-night sugar cravings.
  • Warm water: Aids in digestion and keeps metabolism active.
  • Cayenne: Mildly increases metabolism and may reduce appetite.

Tips for Real Belly Fat Reduction

Ad
  • Maintain a calorie-controlled diet
  • Prioritize whole foods, fiber, and protein
  • Stay hydrated throughout the day
  • Do strength training + cardio
  • Sleep 7–9 hours nightly (poor sleep increases belly fat)

✅ Bottom Line

This bedtime drink won’t magically burn fat in a week, but it can:

  • Reduce bloating
  • Support digestion
  • Help curb late-night cravings

Real, lasting belly fat loss comes from consistency, not shortcuts.
