- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa or enchilada sauce
- 8–10 small flour or corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
